Return Policy for Idem Clothing and Shoes
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, we have established the following guidelines:
General Return Rules
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Return Shipping
- Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping on all eligible items. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request.
- How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team to request a return label or visit our returns portal on our website.
Restocking Fee
- A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items, except for defective or damaged products.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Exclusive Signature Collection (e.g., limited-edition items, personalized or custom-made items).
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
